Before any expert is matched to a client engagement, Savnec screens for existing employment relationships, competing NDAs, non-compete restrictions, and board or advisory positions that could give rise to a conflict. Experts are required to disclose any potential conflicts prior to accepting an engagement, and disclosed conflicts are reviewed and cleared before a match is confirmed.
All clients and experts engaging through Savnec operate under binding confidentiality terms. Client identities, project scopes, and the substance of expert consultations are treated as strictly confidential and are disclosed only to the extent necessary to facilitate the engagement.
Savnec strictly prohibits the solicitation, discussion, or exchange of material non-public information in any consultation. Engagements are limited to general industry knowledge, publicly available information, and professional experience, and never extend to confidential or non-public information about a current or former employer.
Personal and business data submitted to Savnec is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy. Access is restricted to authorized personnel, and Savnec does not sell personal or business data, or share it with third parties beyond what is necessary to deliver the services requested.
