Information from third parties. Where relevant to onboarding or vetting an Expert, we may collect professional background information from publicly available sources, such as professional networking platforms, to verify experience and screen for conflicts of interest.

Respond to inquiries and administer client and Expert relationships; match client research requests with relevant, vetted Experts; conduct conflict-of-interest and compliance screening; process Expert applications and engagements, including compensation; operate, maintain, and improve our website and Services; communicate with you about your request, application, or account; and comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
We do not use personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human involvement.
